Pacific Media Expo 2009 will be at the LAX Hilton
November 6-8 (Friday through Sunday).

The Hilton has extended our room rate availability to Monday, November 3rd. Single/Double for $99/night if you reserve through the Hilton website or phone operators with the group code "PMA" (for Pacific Media Association, the company that sponsors PMX). To be safe, make your reservation by 5pm Monday.

EARLY BADGE PICKUP OFFER FOR HOTEL GUESTS
Pick up your PMX membership badges at Hotel Registration when you check in! Avoid the morning lines and stop by later for your freebies. Reply to this email by 11pm Sunday (Nov. 1st) with your web registration code, the name+address that you gave the hotel (so we can be sure the hotel knows you are here for our event) and request "Main Desk Pickup". Also let us know who (if not everyone) on your registration should have their badges delivered to the hotel main desk. (Sorry, badges for Press, Industry, and Exhibitors are not issued by Registration and are not eligible for Main Desk Pickup this year.)
